PICTURE RETAKE DAY
This Thursday, October 19th is school picture retake day.
Please be sure to get your free school ID, if you didn't do so during Registration days.
Picture packets are available in the main office.
Photographers will be in the building after 10am. Bring your smiles!
There will be a Blood Drive in the Gym on Thursday, October 26 from 8:00-1:45. If you are 16 years of age or older, you may be able to donate. If you are 16, parent consent is required. If you have never donated blood before, you must complete a green donor sheet. The green sheet is available on the Blood Drive Bulletin Board by Mrs. Boyd's window and in the counseling office. Please turn green donor sheets into Alera Welch or Mrs. Grodus by THIS Friday!
To make an appointment, contact 1-866-MIBLOOD (642-5663) or miblood.org. The Blood Drive will also be open to the community. Members of the community simply have to check in at the table which will be stationed in the lobby of the high school If you have any questions, see Mrs. Grodus or Alera Welch. Remember to eat and drink plenty of water before donating blood!
TOYS FOR TOTS
True-North Community Service Children's Christmas Programs and Toys for Tots applications are available in the main office or counseling office. Applications are due back to the counseling office before November 15th or can be turned in directly to Ture North in Fremont, by November 15th.

ART CLUB - Will be Oct 19th 3:30-5:00 in the art room.
CHESS CLUB - Every Thursday in Mr. Milner's room D246. See you there!
DRAMA CLUB - Will start on Tuesday Oct 24th, location to be announced soon. Auditions for the play "In 25 Words or Death" will be Nov. 7th & 8th 3:30-5:00pm.
QUIZ BOWL - begins Wednesday October 25th at 3:10 in room B150. Practice will be every Wednesday until 4:45. Every one is welcome.
P7 BIBLE STUDY CLUB - Anyone interested in joining an after-school bible study club, please see Alana Pineda. There will be snacks, a lesson, and community service opportunities for discussion on Wednesdays after school in Mrs. Eaton's room.
The Newaygo County Museum and Heritage Center is offering a work based educational internship opportunity for any qualified Newaygo County Junior or Senior. Interns receive high school credit, get early release from school to gain valuable work experience, practice skill that any future employer or college would appreciate and enjoy a unique opportunity to have direct input into your own education.
See Ms. Rodriguez if you are interested.
If you still owe for your senior shirt, please get your $5.00 to Mrs. duChemin, ASAP.

Please bring a new or gently used winter coat for kids or adults and place it in the box.
